Class 3ER School Trip – Hike up Kleť

On Tuesday 23 June 2026, Class 3.ER set off on a school trip into the countryside. This time, the pupils walked together from Český Krumlov to Holubov. The highlight of the 15-kilometre hike was Kleť, the highest peak in the Blanský Forest at an altitude of 1,087 metres above sea level.

The weather was almost too good – high summer temperatures prevailed all day, putting everyone’s physical fitness to the test. Despite the hot weather, however, the students completed the route in high spirits and with determination. After descending to Holubov, a well-deserved snack came in handy, helping everyone to recharge their batteries after the gruelling hike in the summer heat. There was also time for a rest, a chat and sharing experiences from the whole school year.

The whole trip went smoothly and took place in a pleasant atmosphere. The students enjoyed their time in the countryside, pushed themselves to their limits on the more challenging climb and came away with a host of shared experiences. The hike up Kleť thus proved to be a successful way to round off the school year.
