Graduates of the Secondary School of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering are well prepared to join the workforce. Every year, several graduates of this school join our company ČD Cargo a.s., which is the largest railway freight carrier in the Czech Republic. Due to the size of the company, they have the opportunity to work anywhere in the country. Graduates have the opportunity for career growth in our company to other positions, either within the district of České Budějovice or at the General Directorate in Prague.

In our company, we have extensive experience with the application of students from the Secondary Industrial School of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering. We are pleased that the school offers a new study course in Electromobility and Alternative Drives, which responds to current trends in the automotive industry.

There are 3 graduates of the SE School of Business Administration working in Smart Energy Holding a.s. and its subsidiaries, and they are of a considerable age range (61, 60 and 31 years) and we agree that the school has provided us with a very solid foundation of knowledge for their development at the various universities we have all three graduated from, as well as successful subsequent employment.

We are excited to work with the talented students at your school! The students who have chosen to do their internships with us have impressed us with their work ethic and responsible attitude. They are able to get involved not only in production, but also in hardware and software development, which made us happy. Some of them return to us repeatedly for internships, come as temporary workers or have established long-term cooperation with us. Thank you for your partnership so far. To grow, WEDOS is in constant need of programmers and developers not only for the development of its own fully automated in-house systems, but also for the development of Internet services and cyber protection with global ambitions.

Our company has created a Training Centre, which is attended by students with a focus on mechanical engineering. These students get acquainted with the field of foundry engineering, machining on modern CNC machining centres and robotic workplaces. Students work in a real-world environment at all stages of production. They rate the internship very positively.

In recent years, we have welcomed several students from the Dukelská Secondary School in our company as part of a compulsory internship, workshop and holiday work. In this way we try to establish contact with potential new employees before graduation. Motivated and determined students have the opportunity to start their career in an international company and expand it in every conceivable direction, whether nationally or internationally. A large number of our employees graduated from the Dukelská Secondary School and many of them are now either long-time colleagues or are now applying the experience they have gained with us in another company. From my point of view, the possibilities for SPS graduates are limitless! Nowadays, when there is a shortage of employees, especially technicians, anyone who is interested in technology and has the skills can have a successful career.

Fronius Czech Republic has been a market leader in welding, solar and charging technology for 30 years. In Český Krumlov we manufacture the heart of our welders, inverters and chargers. Students of apprenticeship and graduation courses can find long-term and short-term temporary jobs, paid internships or apprenticeships with us. The plant in Český Krumlov supplies the Austrian parent company with electromagnetic coils, cables and hose lines for the entire product range on a daily basis. Students not only in the electrical power industry, but also in other technical and mechanical engineering professions will find employment here. DID YOU KNOW...? Proof of how well SPŠSE students fit in at Loxon? Our successful colleagues graduated from the school and took the positions of head of partner coaching, head of support, head of the branch in České Budějovice or assistant manager of the International branch. We are happy to welcome students from Dukelská for excursions and internships. We are very pleased that SPŠSE belongs to the Loxone for Schools programme and has equipped classrooms for teaching building automation. If the pupils pass the Loxone exam, they meet the basis for working for us in a technical position - they know and use the Loxone Config tool and have an overview of programming. They can, for example, take on the role of Partner Coach, i.e. an expert and consultant in intelligent building automation, or they can become Loxone Partners and install and profit from the system themselves.
