Dukla helps: we're getting ready for Feather Week 2026

This is a collection organized by the Civil Society Development Foundation. The purpose of the collection, known as Feather Week - Help the Children or “Chicken”, is to raise funds to help vulnerable and disadvantaged children under the age of 18 across the Czech Republic. 

Just like last year, students of the first year will take part this year as well and will go out into the streets of České Budějovice to sell feather brooches. The price of one brooch is min. 50 CZK. We have a lot of volunteers signed up this year - so those who can't make it this time will get the opportunity to take part in another event, selling yellow flowers as part of the Czech Day Against Cancer next school year.

We are very happy that our students are interested in helping us in the long term!
