Workshop
On Friday, 25 September 2020, a workshop focused on issues in the electricity industry was held in the 4EB classroom.
The students had the opportunity to meet Ing. František Žák, Ph.D., to consult the issue of transmission services, which consist in ensuring the transmission of electricity from producers to consumers. They dealt with how electricity is transmitted between the interconnected electricity systems of neighbouring countries, all in cooperation with the distribution system operators ČEZ Distribuce, E-On Distribuce and PRE Distribuce. They also dealt with the issue of transformer losses.
