Success of our students in the regional round of SOČ 2026

This competition has long been an important showcase of the professional work of secondary school students and includes a total of 18 disciplines - from technical and natural sciences to the humanities.
Our school was represented by three students who advanced from the school round.

Competition works of our students:

Product categorie: 9 - Engineering, metallurgy and transport

Matěj Procházka (4.S): Weld defect testing on the weldment of the assembly positioner
Josef Frolik (4.S): Design of a compressed gas piston model engine

The regional round was very successful for our school. Matěj Procházka won in his category and secured his advancement to the national round, which will take place in June 2026 in Olomouc. Josef Frolík took an excellent 3rd place.

We would like to thank all students for representing the school and congratulate them on their achievements. Success in the SOTC is proof of their professional knowledge, independence and ability to apply theory in practice. We wish Matěj good luck in the national round!
