The competition team is composed of primary school students and secondary school students. In cooperation with a partner company, they will prepare a task according to the exact specifications set by a committee of experts.
Václav Janda, Tadeáš Řehoř and Filip Adamec, all from the 2nd ER class, were nominated for our school. This team, in cooperation with EGE and Dukelská Primary School, prepared and implemented a model of an intelligent house.
Entry to the house was controlled by an IP camera and only vehicles of the owner of the house were allowed. Our team built a model of the house with an elevator, automatic ventilation, lighting and a bathtub that filled itself with water to a specified level. Everything worked in automatic mode according to a program that the students designed and created themselves. In the garden of the house, they then built a merry-go-round from the Merkur kit.
Thanks to the design, its implementation and especially the great commitment of all students who did not hesitate to sacrifice dozens of hours of their free time, we took a beautiful second place in the regional round.
