In December 2022, two questionnaires were distributed to students in each year group as part of Drugs Awareness Month, in addition to basic information about drugs and a link to the helpline.
These were the Attitudes and Perceptions of Risk of Drug Use questionnaire and the Drug Habits questionnaire. Both covered both legal and illegal drugs and will be evaluated on a year-by-year basis during January 2022 - each year group was given a link to their own questionnaire.
The aim of the Attitudes and Perceptions of Risk of Drug Use questionnaire was to determine the attitudes and perceptions of risk of legal and illegal drug use among our male and female students. The aim of the Drug Habits Questionnaire was to find out their experiences with legal and illegal drugs. Both questionnaires were anonymous, and completion was voluntary.
The topic of drugs was also currently being discussed in the ZSV1 according to the thematic plan.
