On 23 and 30 April 2024, a workshop was prepared for 2nd year students, where they made a fog chamber and could detect alpha and beta particles. The whole event was held with the support of ČEZ, a. s., and under the guidance of the Faculty of Nuclear and Physical Engineering (FJFI) of CTU. Our workshops helped with the production of the necessary equipment. The whole experiment was a success and was followed by very nice experiments with dry ice and liquid nitrogen.
