Coffee with JUDr. Michaela Chaloupková, MBA

They received the invitation from JUDr. Michaela Chaloupková, MBA, who works as a lawyer, director of the administration division, which includes HR, and is also a member of the Board of Directors of CEZ.

This very nice invitation was a continuation of previous programs prepared for our pupils by colleagues from ČEZ, including Mrs. Chaloupková, during their visit to our school in České Budějovice. They were interested in supporting girls in technical fields and the activities of the girls' club at our school, as well as our efforts to break stereotypes and fears that technology is not for girls. ČEZ has also long supported equal opportunities for women and men in technical fields.

During the friendly meeting there was a pleasant chat with JUDr. Chaloupková, who willingly answered the girls' curious questions. Her colleagues then prepared a motivational quiz for the girls focused on successful women and a follow-up discussion.

The whole program was concluded with a visit to an interactive exhibition about Františka Plamínková at the National Museum.

The day was held in a very pleasant atmosphere. We would like to thank ČEZ, its employees and especially Mrs. Chaloupková for the invitation and the inspiring meeting and we look forward to further joint activities.
