Accommodation and meals were provided at the Bella Italia hotel complex within driving distance of the Frutti di Venezia ski resorts. The ski training took place in four interlocking teams in the resorts of Sappada, Ravascleto Zoncolan and, on the last day, in the more distant resort of Tarvisio. The weather was pleasant for almost the whole week, until the weather deteriorated on the penultimate and last day. The pupils enjoyed the snow conditions on the slopes according to their abilities - there were various difficult trails for all abilities to choose from.
The only "hitch" in the otherwise smooth course was the injury of our student, which required treatment and transport to the hospital in České Budějovice.
For the next course, which will take place at the end of February and the beginning of March, we have gained experience with the environment and we hope that the next course will be a bit better.
