The timetables are designed to allow for consultations in vocational subjects, especially in connection with the practical matriculation in groups of 6 pupils and 1 teacher. The aim was to design the timetables so that pupils have 2 days of vocational subjects and the following 3rd day will be reserved for consultations in M, AJ and ČJ. Each pupil will thus be tested only once. Of course, consultations outside the timetable are also possible, as well as consultations for pupils from lower grades, here we leave the organisation to the individual teachers.
Rosters were sent to students on April 15, 2021.
Testing process:
- 4th grade students will be tested during the first class period according to the tutoring schedule, the testing will be supervised by the teacher and the information about the testing will be recorded in a spreadsheet (testing kits will be prepared in classroom 4)
- if a student is absent from the first lesson, he/she will be tested immediately on arrival at school (arranged by the TV teacher) and this information will be entered in the table
- the teacher always checks (in the same table) that all pupils in his group have been tested
- other pupils will be tested immediately on arrival at school (again entered in the table)
- if the student tests positive, the student goes home (if he/she is of age or has given permission to leave), otherwise he/she waits at school for pick-up by parents
- Employees are tested in two phases (provided by the TV teacher in classroom 4):
- those who teach from 8:00 are tested between 7:15-7:30
- those who do not teach from 8:00 are tested from 8:15 to 8:45
- staff will be tested in the same way as pupils on the first day after arrival at school and then on the 4th day
