Excursion to Temelín NPP

First we visited the information centre, where we saw a short educational film about the principle of the nuclear power plant. Then we divided into 4 groups of 8 people and went to the Temelín site. During the guided tour of the site, which lasted almost an hour, we got to the engine room, which is part of the secondary circuit of the plant and we could see, for example, the turbine generator. We also saw a simulator of the control room, in which crisis situations are practiced. The excursion to Temelín was certainly a great experience for everyone, combined with the experience gained in the operation of the power plant.
