155 Line Day (16 May 2022)

On Monday, 16 May 2022, pupils of all 1st grades (1st EA, 1st EB, 1st SA, 1st SB) took part in an awareness-raising event on the Day of the 155 Line, organized by the South Bohemian Region Ambulance Service on the České Budějovice Square.

The helpful paramedics introduced us to the activities of the medical operations centre, explained the advantages of the automated external defibrillator and showed us real rescue equipment, including a tour of several ambulances. At the same time, they explained the basic rules of first aid to the pupils, which they then supplemented with demonstrations.
