A new public solar charging station at our school is now operational 

Description: 

• The station uses photovoltaic panel a battery storageallowing mobile phones to be charged on the street. 

• Interested parties only need their own USB cable to connect. 

• The project was created as a practical part of the teaching - pupils worked on them together with teachers.  

Other plans: 

• We want to be of service to the wider public. 

• The station will be further supplemented and expanded  

• The school is considering installing other similar stations, perhaps in parks or other public spaces in the city, although specific plans have not yet been finalized. 

Partner support:  

• The project was financially and materially supported by ČEZ, ELEKTRO S.M.S. and Photomate, with whom the school has long cooperated. 

For the public, the school already operates public workshopwhere people without their own equipment can use school facilities (after registration).
