Dominik Březina competed with his work "Design of calf prosthesis" and Ondřej Jedlička with his work "Design and production of electric scooter". Both students did very well - Dominik Březina was fourth and Ondřej Jedlička even took 1st place.

On 18 April 2024, my classmate Dominik Březina and I took part in the Secondary School Professional Activity Competition. We presented there our long-term graduation works, which we reworked into the necessary form. I presented my work entitled "Design and production of an electric scooter", for which I won 1st place. Dominik presented his work on the design of a calf prosthesis and took 4th place.
All works in the competition were balanced, both in their level of workmanship and presentation. After the presentation, the judging committee asked us for additional information that was needed to confirm the authorship of the work and to verify our knowledge of the subject.
The competition helped us to evaluate our skills in the direction of presenting our idea and to test our knowledge acquired during our studies. It also partially prepared us for the presentation of our long term papers in the oral final exams.
