Their workplace is a modern manufacturing company where they have the unique opportunity to work on state-of-the-art 4D and 5D CNC equipment. In the field of metrology, they have the opportunity to get hands-on experience of inspecting components on equipment directly in the factory, which is almost identical to the equipment in the laboratory of the inspection and measurement course in our school.
During their apprenticeship, they are involved in the manufacture of precision parts and fixtures that are part of joint replacement endoprostheses - components that help people improve their quality of life.
They not only gain practical skills in advanced machining, but also valuable experience in an international working environment. This experience opens the door to future professional growth and shows them the importance of the interconnection between technology and medicine.
