On Wednesday 23 October the 3.ER class went to Prague, on Thursday the 3.EE class went to Prague. Classically, we had to take the train to Prague at 7 o'clock in the morning and then take the tram to Prague Castle. Everything went well and by 9:30 we were in the Cathedral of St. Vitus, Wenceslas and Vojtech, which welcomed us with a rainbow of colourful shadows from the Gothic stained glass windows.

Each excursion is different, the one on Wednesday surprised with a small number of other visitors, the one on Thursday with a large number of foreigners and children from the kindergarten.
Unfortunately, the Old Royal Palace was closed since Wednesday, but we talked more about life at the Castle and how Hradčany has been transformed both architecturally and humanly.
Next, we visited St. George's Basilica and Golden Lane, walked through the South Gardens and went through Nerudova Street and Charles Bridge to the city centre. We walked to the Old Town Square via Klementinum and then to Wenceslas Square past the Estates Theatre. At each interesting place we always tell or repeat important information, connect it with our knowledge from school and remind ourselves of the most important things for graduation.

At the National Museum we visited the pantheon together, then the students went through the exhibitions that interested them the most. And after the third hour we went back to Č. Budějovice.
