Competition workshop - Building a balsa thrower
We invite pupils of 8th and 9th grades to a competitive workshop "RORÝS", which will take place on Tuesday 21 January 2020 in our school building from 14.00.
During the workshop you will learn how and why the plane actually flies, we will discuss the basics of aerodynamics and teach you the basics of working with balsa - how to grind, glue and balance the plane correctly. We will also reveal other tips and tricks that no modeler can do without.
Experience in aeromodelling is an advantage.
Successful builders can take the model glider home.
The estimated length of the workshop is about 3 hours, starting at 2 pm.
The number of participants is limited to 10.
