During the workshop, you will learn and experience for yourself how a 3D model of a simple part is created using SolidEdge volumetric modelling in a CAD system, what all such a system will allow you to do and how to get data from the model for printing on a 3D printer. We will tell what all such 3D printing can do today and try to set the right parameters for printing the part we have modeled. Then we will print it. Due to time constraints (the printing speed is relatively slow), everyone will be able to pick up their print in the next few days by appointment.
The estimated length of the workshop is about 3 hours, starting at 2 pm.
The number of participants is limited to 10.
