The school trip started at the train station at 7:15. After about an hour train ride we got off in Kájov and walked to our accommodation - Camping FOX near Stary Dobrkovice. We liked the accommodation - each cabin had its own bathroom, there was a playground (football, volleyball, badminton), an inflatable bubble for jumping and a sitting area with a barbecue.
Around 11:00 we set off on foot to Český Krumlov, where we picked up our rafts and headed towards Zlatá Koruna. About halfway there we stopped for lunch. The float down the Vltava River went smoothly and everyone was happy to be able to relax in the middle of nature at the end of the school year.
From Zlatá Koruna, the raft rental company took us back to our accommodation. We spent some time relaxing or doing sports activities and at about 18:00 we started preparing dinner. Everyone brought what they liked and we had a barbecue. A few students even prepared their own delicious hamburgers.
The next day we woke up to a beautiful sunny morning, had breakfast, packed and a little before noon we set off on foot to Kájov for the return train. Overall, the trip was very relaxing - a perfect end to the school year!
