We have offered all successful graduates of our school's electrotechnical disciplines the possibility of vocational training culminating in an examination to obtain a certificate of professional competence according to Act No. 250/2021 Coll.
A total of 24 students enrolled and completed the training on 3 June 2024, followed by the written and oral parts of the exam on 5 June. The purpose of the exam was to test knowledge of occupational safety, work procedures, first aid and other technical topics. As these were topics that are covered in the vocational part of the curriculum, especially in Years 3 and 4, the students were well prepared and all passed the exam successfully. They thus received a certificate that confirms their electrical qualification and enables them to work immediately in the field as a qualified electrical engineer.
The examiners were teachers of vocational subjects Ing. Jan Steringa and Ing. Jiří Vastl. The examination committee was completed by Jana Fenclová as a recorder.
