This event is not only an opportunity to present your own projects, but also a chance to inspire the younger generation to explore technology in a fun and playful way.
This year we brought several unique student projects that were created as part of teaching or as leisure activities in DuklaLabs:
- Automat - a student project that combines electronics, mechanics and programming into a functional vending machine.
- The Tesseract - A student's final thesis that demonstrates creativity and advanced technical thinking in conjunction with design.
- Hologram - a year-long project using rotating arrays of LEDs to display images.
- 3D printers - real-time printing demonstration - visitors could both take prints in hand and understand the basics of additive manufacturing. Two Voron 2.4R2s were on display here.
- Electrostatic rifle - interactive demonstration of high voltage work (under strict safety conditions).
- FlyBack transformer speaker - a sound experience that demonstrated the potential and possibilities of transformers in conjunction with electronics. Visitors were entertained, for example, by the music from a sausage or a pickle.

In order to participate, we also had to deal with transporting sensitive equipment, then setting up the exhibit in a limited amount of time and ensuring safe operation throughout the day. Everything went smoothly and with a great response - children and adults alike stopped, asked questions and actively participated.

Visitors were impressed not only by the look and function of the projects, but also by the enthusiasm of the students who confidently presented their creations. But visitors were also entertained by the creativity of our students. During the day, when they got hungry, they turned one of the 3D printers - in preheat mode, of course - into a makeshift sausage grill. The improvised but functional heating method drew attention and laughter from passers-by. It showed that technical thinking and the ability to get things done also come in handy outside the lab.

Thanks to the Adventures with Technology event, we were able to show the main idea of the DuklaLabs project, where we try to connect school, students and industry.
