The students gathered in their classrooms in the morning, where each class adapted the programme to their liking – board and card games, quizzes, discussions. Time was also devoted to completing a sociometric questionnaire, which will help the school assess the classroom atmosphere.
This year, the students once again dressed up, as the morning part of the day was followed by a traditional visit to a theatre performance. This year, we saw a production at DK Metropol. White disease by Karel Čapek.
The pre-Christmas day was thus marked by a peaceful and festive atmosphere, which allowed students and teachers to slow down for a moment, be together outside the usual teaching regime, and get in the mood for the approaching Christmas holidays. Combining class hours with a shared cultural experience is proving to be a good tradition.
