In the first match we faced the favoured team GJVJ. The match was full of emotions and determination from the very beginning, which resulted in a 3:3 draw. In the next match the students of ISŠS and GJVJ competed. GJVJ won 5:2. Based on this result, the "promotion mathematics" was clear. If our boys want to think about promotion, they have to beat the builders by more than three goals. We entered the decisive match very well - we scored a "consolation goal" within the first few minutes. However, it calmed us down perhaps too much. The opponent equalized and we started to worry about the result. After the first half we got back into the game and with two quick goals we came close to the desired progress. Our pressure on our opponents grew, but unfortunately we didn't take advantage of the opportunities and instead got another goal. This was the final blow to our promotion hopes. The GJVJ team won the district round and we congratulated them.
Despite the failure, we thank the SPŠSE team for a nice performance and representation of our school!
