Professional competence to perform activities on the EZ
On 8 April 2025, a mini-lecture on Professional Competence to Perform EZ Activities was held in the school auditorium. The mini-lecture was organized for students of 4.EA and 4.EB.
The mini-lesson on the topic of Professional Competence to Work on Electrical Equipment was prepared in cooperation with EGD as a preparation for the 4th grade pupils to take the exam on professional competence, which they will take after the graduation exam.
An explanation of the requirements of the current legislation on the qualification of workers who are going to work on the so-called dedicated equipment was prepared by Mr. Ing. Zdeněk Dadák on the basis of experience and visual materials obtained while working for the electricity distributor EGD.
Pupils gained an overview of the conditions for obtaining an electrical qualification, how work on electrical equipment is structured and what legislative and normative requirements workers must follow. Furthermore, the basic procedures to be followed when working on electrical equipment were described in detail. The lecturer also mentioned the most common mistakes made in practice and the consequences of violating these principles.
