Students had the opportunity to get a glimpse into the college environment and get an overview of the fields they can study after graduation.
During the visit, they visited the modernly equipped laboratories, lecture halls and workplaces of FELU and, if interested, other faculties. The practical demonstrations of robotics, electrical machines, radio engineering, electrical materials and electrical power engineering and interactive experiments prepared by academic staff and university students aroused great interest. The lectures held in the school auditorium were also interesting.
The students appreciated the opportunity to meet with students of the Faculty of Electrical Engineering at ZČU, who provided them with valuable information about their studies, student projects and student life and employment opportunities. The excursion was beneficial not only for their professional orientation, but also as a motivation for further studies.
The Open Day was well prepared and organized by the faculty and we believe that it inspired many to pursue future studies at the university.
