Most of us spent the summer holidays relaxing. But this is not the case for a couple of our pupils who participated in the European Softball Championship in Sezimovo Ústí and Tábor in early July, which took place from 3-8 July 2023. Lukáš Turk from class 2.EM (national selection U18) and David Pokorný from class 3.EB (national selection U16) managed to win the European championship.
We thank both promising athletes for their exemplary representation of our school! Lukáš and David can be an example for those who wonder whether it is possible to combine top level sport with demanding studies.
