Accommodation and food in the three-star Hotel Roma in the centre of Aprica were again of a very high standard. Ski training took place on perfectly groomed and almost empty slopes with above-average snow cover. The weather was also good - we were able to enjoy beautiful sunny, although sometimes frosty, weather during all five days.
During the ski course, even beginners became advanced skiers during the second to third day, who were able to ski 30-40 km a day.
Thanks to the delegate, we had lunches again in the Baradelo restaurant, which almost all the students were happy to take advantage of.
Training was provided by teachers of our school Mgr. Bican, Mgr. Mach and Mgr. Dušek. Bc. Jiří Barák, who led a team of beginner skiers. The training took place in four mutually interpenetrating teams - students could change the team according to their strength and skills.
The whole course was held in a very pleasant and friendly spirit, thanks to the beautiful weather and the attitude of the students and teachers. Thank you to everyone involved! SKOL!
