Cyber security at Dukelská

The school is currently undergoing intensive preparation for the 2nd Haxagon Skirmish competition, which focuses on cyber security. This year, the organizers have expanded the number of practice problems with explanations to 161 and have worked significantly on the platform where the competition runs.

There are new thematic blocks "tailored" to our 1st years, these are Anatomy of a computer, Operating systems, Flow chartsGeneral Informatics. Our successful team from last year (this year's 2nd ER) was expanded by new faces from the 1st ER and 1st EE classes.

There is still an opportunity for all our students to enter the competition! We are looking for 3 more students of any year and major. Information is on the door of room 205 or from the IT teachers (Petrasek, Šímová).

The regional round of the competition starts unusually on Easter Monday at 10:00 and lasts until Sunday 27 April at 23:59. Competitors have 158 hours to solve the sharp problems without 1 minute. We wish all our representatives many flags won.

Returning from the Easter break, the Haxagon Skirmish competition is in the spirit of cyber security for more students. On Tuesday, April 22, the lecture part of the Hackathon Dukelská will take place, when our students from 1st to 3rd year of Robotics can look forward to a lecture with demonstrations of ethical hacking prepared by specialists from CEZ.
