The Day for Work Experience is traditionally intended for students who are about to embark on continuous professional work experience – this takes place at SPŠ SE in the 2nd and 3rd years. This year, the Day for Work Experience involved all four classes in the 2nd year and two classes in the 3rd year. Students in 3.EE and 3.S had already completed their practical training for organisational reasons, but they still visited the Erasmus+ stand as part of the Practical Training Day, which is very relevant to them given the upcoming opportunity for internships abroad.
During the Internship Days, partner companies have the opportunity to introduce themselves to students and offer them internships, part-time jobs, and other employment opportunities.
During the pre-Christmas period, we welcomed the following companies:
- E.ON Czech Republic, Ltd.
- FIEDLER AMS, s. r. o.
- VOLTCOM, spol. s r. o.
- ČD, a. s.
- FRONIUS ČR, s. r. o.
- PHOTOMATE, Ltd.
- Vladimír TROJAN company
The students learned about organisational matters related to securing and performing professional practice from the teacher of professional subjects and workshop manager, Mgr. Ivan Lavička. Essential information about Erasmus+ was provided to students by English teacher Mgr. Daniela Marková. Our graduates Petr Klabouch and Tereza Böhmová joined us, and we can also include the company Vladimír TROJAN among the partial graduate stations, as our teacher and graduate of our school, Mgr. Aleš Trojan, introduced himself to the students on behalf of this company.
This year's pre-Christmas edition was a mix of presentations by company representatives and representatives from among our graduates and teachers. We would like to thank everyone who visited us during this pre-Christmas period to share their valuable insights with our students. Feedback from students, teachers and company representatives shows that events of this kind are greatly appreciated by many.
In spring 2026, our students can look forward to Company Day (for 4th year students) and, before that, Graduate Day (for 1st and 4th year students).
