How the first ever Day with Alumni took place - 30 January 2025

The graduates met in the morning in the hall, where they had the opportunity to refresh themselves and exchange a few words with former classmates and also with some of the teachers. At the big break, the headmaster and deputy headmaster came to greet them.

Then our graduates went to the 4th grade classes. In the graduating classes, they shared with the students their experiences of graduation and gave some advice and tips on how to successfully graduate from high school. They also talked about their beginnings in college or in the workforce.

Students of the first year were interested in what studying was like before, what excursions they used to go on, how graduates arranged their internships, how they managed individual subjects or how foreign internships within the Erasmus+ programme were conducted.

On the occasion of the Alumni Day, which was held for the first time this year, we welcomed 12 of our former students, one of whom works for ČEZ, a. s., another is with the Czech Army, 4 study at ZČU (3x FST, 1x FEL), 2 at ČVUT (FEL, FIT), two study at PF JČU, two at VŠTE. Most of them stayed in the field, some of them moved away a bit or more, but all of them seemed happy and also agreed that they like to remember the SPS SE - and we were happy to see them again after some time!
