Second-year students will gradually work their way through the entire plant from product development to production. They thus have the opportunity to find out what type of work they might enjoy and thus profile themselves for their future profession in the near future.
Third year students are challenged with a team project. This year, the students of SPŠ SE in the field of Electromobility had to design, manufacture and test a model car to meet specific requirements within 10 days. This gave the students the opportunity to experience real engineering work. This year was unique in that the students worked independently almost the entire time, did not need help or advice, mastered both the mechanical and electrical parts of the design, and even managed to add a remote control. It's clear that studying a field that combines mechanical and electrical engineering will have high application. The result of the students' work was excellent.
