This year again our 4th year students with a focus on power electrical engineering took part in an excursion to EGE, spol. s r. o., which deals with the production and sale of equipment for the energy industry.

After an introductory lecture, where students were introduced to the principle of Petersen inductors and the issue of capacitive currents, we visited the test room and other facilities. The students had the opportunity to see how the inductors for the compensation of capacitive currents vn and vvn are manufactured and assembled.
