The programme began with an introductory meeting with the owner of the company, who explained to the students how their studies at the secondary industrial school prepare them for future employment and possible continuation at university. This was followed by a tour of the offices where students learned about the software tools used and the product design process.

The second part of the excursion took place in the production area. Students saw CNC machines, such as a laser cutter and a three-axis milling machine, and got an idea of the individual production processes. The programme also included a demonstration of welding work and quality control methods, including weld inspection.

At the end, the company presented the students with opportunities to complete a compulsory internship and a voluntary part-time job. The excursion offered not only a glimpse into the real operation of a technical company, but also specific opportunities for further professional development of students.
