Our school participated in the Czech Day Against Cancer, a nationwide public collection organized by the League Against Cancer Prague, for the fourth time. This time the students collected a total of CZK 28,449 by selling yellow flowers, which will go to support cancer prevention, cancer treatment and cancer research.
The students had a total of 1000 flowers, of which 998 were sold (2 of the 1000 were defective, we are sending them back). The average was 28.51 CZK per flower, with a minimum price of 20 CZK per flower. Many thanks to our volunteers and those who contributed.
We are glad that we can contribute to a good cause within our Dukla Helps project. So let us recapitulate a little, considering our involvement in the past years:
