Adventures with Technology (15. 6. 2023)

On 15 June 2023, an exhibition called Adventures with Technology was held at the Exhibition Grounds in České Budějovice. This event attracted many curious visitors and among the exhibitors was also our school, which presented interesting exhibits.

Our pupils - accompanied by their teachers - presented several innovative technologies that impressed the other visitors. One of our main attractions was the 3D printer. Together with the pupils, we presented the process of creating a product using 3D printing and showed how this technology is used in various industries. Our pupils had the opportunity to demonstrate printing their own small objects, which was a great experience for them.

Another interesting exhibit was a PET bottle recycler. Together with our students we presented this innovative device that allows processing plastic bottles and creating filaments for 3D printers. Visitors were impressed by how recycling plastic bottles can contribute to sustainability and waste reduction.

Our presentation also included a point display, which interactively engaged the other participants in various games and educational activities. The students of our school took care of creating an entertaining and educational program for the visitors, who enjoyed an unforgettable moment full of technical discoveries. For us, too, participation in the exhibition was an exceptional and inspiring experience, as we had the opportunity to present and share our knowledge and skills with the general public.
