Interested students and their parents were welcomed and shown to one of the classrooms where they learned basic information about studying at SPŠ SE from 4 pm. Almost half an hour was devoted to them by the school director Mgr. Jaroslav Koreš, Ph.D. and deputy director Ing. Bohuslav Schandl.

Then the individual teachers formed small groups and the tour of the school began. This year, the prospective students toured almost all of the school's facilities and laboratories, both electrical and mechanical. In the labs, the future high school students were attended by expert teachers who showed not only some of the learning outcomes, but also the instruments themselves in action.

There were also general matriculation subjects - Czech language and literature, English and mathematics.

A novelty of this year's open days is the cooperation with companies that work closely with our school, where our students go for practice and where they can find employment after their studies. On Wednesday, October 9th, there were representatives of VOLTCOM, spol. s r.o., Forpsi INTERNET CZ, a. s., TSE spol. s r.o., EGE, spol. s r.o.

We also invite those interested to the next open days (30 November and 11 January from 9 am), where they can not only soak up the atmosphere of the school and see instruments they may have never seen before, but also get to know the teachers and get inspired about what they would like to do in the future.
