ČEZ Hackathon 

The students completed this part in the form of a CTF game prepared for them by CEZ cybersecurity specialists. Students of the Robotics and 1st year of the Electrical Power Engineering major tried out tasks in the field of cryptography, steganography, passwordcracking, SQL injection and others. For many of them, the event was also their first introduction to the Linux operating system.

Overall, the students did very well, with the best of our students solving all the problems before the end of the 90-minute time limit, and most of them achieving at least 70 % out of the maximum score. The best solvers were rewarded with small prizes and a field trip to the Temelín NPP is planned for them before the end of the school year.

We would like to thank the specialists from ČEZ for organizing this event and we believe that we will see a continuation in the next years.
