The School of Strength consists of three disciplines - the first discipline is the overhead push-up on the rebound trap (maximum number of reps), the second is the bench press with 60 % of your current weight (maximum number of reps), the third is the sit-up without leg hold (maximum number of reps in 60 seconds).
During the competition we witnessed incredible performances, cheering, eating and drinking. All the "catering" was prepared by girls from our school. Prizes and awards were provided by the school management, who also presented the prizes.
The most versatile and strongest man of the school for 2022 was Jakub Čermák from class 2.EA, who defended his victory from last year. Thank you to everyone involved for their excellent performances and congratulations to the winners!
